Refund policy

Our policy at AMANDA BUGGE Studio allows you to return goods within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. The items must be in original condition, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Upon our receipt of the returned goods meeting these conditions, you will receive a refund within 14 days. Please note that the original postage cost will not be refunded. We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the items appear to have been washed, worn, or are not in their original condition. Kindly contact us at studio@amandabugge.com before returning your order.

Ensure the goods are packed responsibly to prevent damage during shipping, as we do not cover the costs of return shipping. All returns must be sent using a tracked and insured package, as AMANDA BUGGE Studio cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment.

Returns received after the 14-day return period may be refused for a refund.

Please be aware that custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
